To begin, navigate to the "Field Activities" tab found on the dashboard screen.
Next, choose the grower you wish to confirm fields for.
Upon selecting the grower, the associated farm field tree will populate. From the fields list on the left hand side of the screen, check the box beside each of the fields in which you wish to enter a confirmation for. Once all fields are selected, proceed by choosing "Confirm Fields."
On the "Field Confirmation" screen, for each individual field select the appropriate crop and hybrid using the drop down menu. Next, enter in the number of acres associated with the given hybrid/variety as well as the planting rate and planting date. Once all the information had been entered, select the orange "Confirm" button located in the top right.
**Please note, if a MaxScript was completed for the grower, the information will pre-populate based on the MaxScript completed.**
Tip #1: If you would like to add a competitive hybrid or variety to the MaxScript Confirmation you can do so by selecting "Create Product," in the drop down menu under "Select a Hybrid."
Upon selecting "Create Product," a window will populate allowing you to select a brand as well as a hybrid from the competitor list. Once you have made the selections click "Save" in the bottom right.
Tip #2: If multiple hybrids/varieties were applied to a single field, the acres and planting rate can be adjusted as necessary.
Tip #3: If you wish to apply the same crop, planting rate, and/or planting date to every field listed, you can do so by entering in the information in the "Apply for all" line found towards the top of the screen.
